About the Jacksonville Seminole Club

The Jacksonville Seminole Club also has a deep-rooted history in the community, with strong member involvement dating back to the 1980s when local leaders and alumni played a pivotal role in revitalizing and expanding Seminole Booster Clubs. Through passion, leadership, and a shared commitment to Florida State, Jacksonville members helped build one of the most active and influential booster networks in the country. That legacy of engagement continues today, as generations of Seminoles in northeast Florida remain dedicated to supporting the university and strengthening the Seminole community.

 

Today, the club carries that tradition forward through a wide range of events that bring Seminoles together year-round. Our signature events include the annual Seminole Sendoff, where we proudly send off northeast Florida high school seniors as they begin their journey at Florida State, and our annual Kickoff Event, which brings the community together to celebrate the start of football season. In addition, we host a variety of social and engagement opportunities - from game watches and group outings to support FSU and Jacksonville sporting teams, to more casual gatherings like happy hours, candle-making events, and other community activities - ensuring there are meaningful ways for every Seminole in Jacksonviille to stay connected.
